Our Texas Extra Credit Professional Loan is a low-cost private student loan program designed to help Texas residents pay for their college costs when scholarships, grants and federal aid just aren't enough. This loan program is available for graduate students enrolled at least half time in one of the following degree programs: Pharmacy (Pharm.D.), Dentistry (D.D.S. or D.M.D.), Veterinary Medicine (D.V.M.), Chiropractic (D.C. or D.C.M.), Law (J.D.), Medicine (M.D.), Optometry (O.D.), Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.), Podiatry (D.P.M., D.P., or Pod.D.), Clinical Psychology (Psy.D. or Ph.D.) or Nursing (M.S.N. or D.N.P.).
